Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales including supervisory
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years in the same fields including supervisory responsibilities

• Team Management - oversee performance and personnel for a branch team, coach and provide feedback.
• Sales - drive individual/team financial, production and relationship goals; engage with customers, prospects and referrals.
