Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead the Retail Market Segment across the Western United States within the Technical Services Regional Account Sales team. You will build strategic relationships with regional retail customers, identify new opportunities, expand share of wallet, and position Clean Harbors as the preferred environmental services partner.

Applicants may live anywhere in the US and should be no more than one hour from a major airport.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; strong communication and presentation skills.
Minimum 5 years in Retail or Environmental Services with quota attainment.
Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual quota.
Experience developing and executing sales strategies across regional accounts.
Ability to navigate complex purchasing processes and C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Regional Accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.
Leverage networks and client relationships to create new business opportunities.
Map client organizations and engage decision makers across levels.
Forecast opportunities and manage accounts within Salesforce.
Negotiate contracts and manage timelines to deliver results.
