Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support the Retail Market Segment across the Eastern United States as part of the Technical Services Regional Account Sales team. You will develop strategic relationships with regional retail customers and expand Clean Harbors' market presence through critical programs and initiatives.

Applicants may live anywhere in the US and should be no more than one hour from a major Airport, enabling effective travel to client sites and key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant Retail or Environmental Services industry experience with multi-million-dollar quota attainment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, account development, and multi-tiered relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, create, and close deals and build a business.
• Strong tact, discretion, and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with safe work practices.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Regional Accounts to grow profitable revenue.
• Leverage networks and existing relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision makers across client organizations.
• Map client organizations, understand needs, pricing, and service delivery to meet goals.
• Use consultative selling to coach stakeholders and drive consensus for solutions.
• Plan, report, and forecast progress and outcomes for accounts.
