Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group LLC, based in Indianapolis, oversees Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants and additional concepts. The General Manager will lead operations across multiple locations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality portfolio.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in restaurant management, with a focus on training and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Hospitality or business degree a plus
• At least seven years of supervisory experience in restaurants; front-of-house experience essential

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all Ruth’s Chris locations within the group and ensure financial objectives and guest service standards are met
• Drive profitability and cost controls; mentor General Managers across locations
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant management teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards; manage audits and operational policies
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to grow guest experience and brand presence
