The role emphasizes sales growth, staff development, and maintaining high standards across food, service, and ambiance, with a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant/hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills to resolve conflict and mentor hourly team members
• High School Diploma or GED required
