Responsibilities

• Conduct facility walk-through to ensure a clean, safe and guest-friendly atmosphere.
• Complete administrative office work: emails, voicemails, invoices, deliveries, etc.
• Review daily sales reports to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Set and achieve budgeted sales and profit levels; monitor budgets and costs.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to management, VP and corporate staff.
• Review reservations and events to ensure proper staffing based on volume.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and motivate staff to uphold standards.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, money handling and reporting are properly completed.
