Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review daily sales reports and budgets; ensure timely reporting and cost control.
• Lead weekly managers meetings; monitor staffing, training, and performance plans.
• Recruit, hire and train restaurant personnel; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Develop catering and private dining sales; build community relationships and brand awareness.
