Job summary

Long John Silver's above restaurant leader (ARL) position oversees approximately 10 company-owned restaurants. The ARL partners with the Director of Operations to develop regional strategies and help Restaurant General Managers exceed annual regional targets.

The ARL identifies key business issues, influences decisions, and drives reliability, product quality, and financial performance across stores. Hands-on coaching and frequent restaurant visits are expected to sustain growth and brand

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience as a proven Area Supervisor in QSR.
• Strong relationship management and ability to influence diverse personalities.
• Strategic focus on reliability, operations excellence and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and reviewing store-specific performance targets in guest satisfaction.
• Improving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications.
• Allocating limited budgets to meet highest priority needs.
• Reinforcing new products and initiatives.
• Selecting, training and mentoring RGM and crew members.
• Visiting restaurants frequently.
