Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking an Above Restaurant Leader (ARL) to provide leadership and accountability for approximately 10 corporate-owned Long John Silver’s restaurants. The ARL partners with the Director of Operations to develop regional strategies and to enable each Restaurant General Manager to exceed annual operating plans.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven Area Supervisor experience in QSR.
• Strong relationship management with varied personalities.
• Strategic approach to driving reliability, operations, and financial performance.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ~10 corporate Long John Silver’s restaurants.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to develop regional strategies.
• Coach and direct RGMs and crew on day-to-day operations and success routines.
• Set and review store performance targets, guest satisfaction, and standards.
• Visit restaurants frequently to ensure execution and compliance.
