Job summary

Long John Silver’s, LLC is seeking an Above Restaurant Leader (ARL) to provide overall leadership and accountability for approximately five corporate-owned Long John Silver’s restaurants. You will work with the Director of Operations to develop regional strategies so each Restaurant General Manager can exceed the annual operating plan while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience as a proven Area Supervisor in QSR.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Strategic approach to driving reliability, operations and financial performance.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and brand standards.
• Proven ability to coach and develop RGM and crew.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for approximately five corporate-owned Long John Silver’s restaurants.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to develop regional strategies and exceed operating plans.
• Drive sales, quality, reliability and financial performance across restaurants.
• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and crew; visit stores regularly to reinforce standards.
