Job summary

Long John Silver's in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Above Restaurant Leader (ARL) to provide executive oversight for approximately 10 corporate-owned Long John Silver’s restaurants. The ARL works with the Director of Operations to set regional strategies and help each Restaurant General Manager exceed the annual operating plan.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as an Area Supervisor in QSR.
• Relationship management with diverse styles.
• Strategic approach to reliability, operations and financial performance.
• Understanding of restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to influence and coach teams to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor store performance targets across restaurants.
• Improve sales and guest satisfaction through operational excellence.
• Maintain brand standards in food safety, quality, and facilities.
• Allocate budgets to address top priorities and initiatives.
• Coach and develop RGM and crew to drive results and compliance.
• Visit restaurants regularly to ensure performance and consistency.
