Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience as a proven Area Supervisor in QSR.
• Ability to successfully influence and build trust.
• Understanding of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business issues affecting performance.
• Drive reliability, product quality, and financial performance.
• Establish store performance targets in guest satisfaction.
• Visit restaurants frequently.
