Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee four main areas: coordinating activities across an assigned geographic area, training and coaching restaurant managers, setting business goals for the restaurants, and promoting teamwork.

Day-to-day duties include training shift managers and staff on operational excellence, maintaining staffing levels, leading managers, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership ability.
• Basic math and accounting aptitude for sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support activities within the assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support restaurant managers.
• Create plans and set business goals for assigned restaurants.
• Lead teams to achieve sales goals and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
