Subway is hiring a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee four main areas of operation across the assigned restaurants. You will train and coach managers, set business goals, and coordinate activities to drive performance.

You will lead staffing, enforce standards, and support marketing initiatives to boost sales. The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and solid numeracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong math and accounting aptitude is required for daily operations.
• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Train shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain staffing levels for all managers and assistants.
• Provide leadership to managers and staff to ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive sales goals using reports to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and store-level execution.
