Job summary

Daily duties include training shift managers and staff, maintaining staffing levels for leadership roles, ensuring compliance with operating standards, driving sales via performance reports, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of operational restaurant management experience.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all activities within assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support managers.
• Create plans and set business goals for restaurants.
• Provide leadership to managers and staff to ensure standards.
• Champion staff to achieve sales goals using provided reports.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
