Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Florida is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants in the Orlando and Miami areas. A MUL provides leadership, coaching and direction to restaurant teams, ensures brand standards, and helps maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers, monitor performance, and drive improvements in operations, profitability and local marketing.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• College degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio meet Brand standards and food safety standards.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Provides great guest service and resolves issues.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant managers on a variety of topics.
