Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee 5-8 restaurants in the Orlando and Miami area. You will lead Restaurant Managers, ensuring top-tier operations, guest service and brand compliance.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales, driving profitability, executing local marketing, and recruiting and coaching managers. You will train on promotions and new products to sustain growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Basic computer skills.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio meet Brand standards and food safety standards.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Provide great guest service and resolve issues.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training on topics including marketing windows and LTOs and Brand initiatives.
• Ensure restaurants execute new products and processes in marketing windows.
• Develop business plans for their portfolio and action plans with franchise owners.
• Drive a clear vision and communicate to the team.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.
• Coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support performance and execution.
• Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
