Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Distrcit/Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to lead 5-8 restaurants in the Orlando and Miami areas. The role involves coaching managers, driving sales, and ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.

The candidate will analyze performance, implement improvements, and coordinate with franchise owners and the Brand Operations team to execute marketing windows and product launches.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a district of 5-8 restaurants to ensure brand standards and guest experience.
• Analyze restaurant performance and drive improvements in operations, sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with franchise owners and managers on local marketing and service goals.
• Deliver training to managers on topics including brand initiatives and new products.
• Develop business plans and action steps with franchise partners to improve results.
