Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee 5–8 restaurants within the Orlando and Miami markets. This role focuses on leading restaurant managers, driving sales, ensuring brand standards, and delivering great guest service across the portfolio.

The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and experience in multi-unit operations within retail or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5-8 restaurants, providing leadership and coaching.
• Ensure operational, food safety and brand standards.
• Analyze sales and drive profitability across portfolio.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Set sales and service goals with franchise owners and managers.
• Provide training on topics including marketing windows and Brand initiatives.
• Lead team meetings and communicate vision to the team.
• Develop business plans and action plans with franchise owners.
