Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5–8 locations in the Orlando and Miami metro areas. This role provides leadership, coaching and strategic direction to drive excellent operations, guest service, and adherence to brand standards.

You will recruit, develop and manage restaurant managers, analyze sales data, set performance targets, and implement business plans with franchise owners. Strong communication and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–8 restaurants in the Orlando and Miami area to ensure brand standards.
• Analyze sales data and drive improvements in operations and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training on marketing initiatives and new products.
• Develop business plans with franchise owners to achieve sales targets.
