Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants in the Orlando and Miami areas. This role reports to the Franchisee/District Manager/Director of Operations and is focused on driving brand standards, sales, and guest satisfaction.

The MUL will coach Restaurant Managers, deliver training on marketing windows and brand initiatives, and develop actionable plans with franchise owners to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-8 restaurants, providing leadership and coaching to restaurant managers.
• Ensure brand operational and food safety standards across portfolio.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and managers.
• Provide great guest service and resolve issues; train managers on topics including marketing windows and LTOs.
• Develop business plans for portfolio and communicate vision to the team.
