You will perform routine teller transactions, learn products and services, meet team goals, and maintain compliance with regulations. Strong communication and collaboration with business lines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Working knowledge of all products and services.
• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process customer financial transactions following rules and guidelines.
• Learn about customer financial needs and establish trust to optimize sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer needs accurately and timely; generate leads and provide quality service.
• Build strong relationships with banking center teams and collaborate with business lines.
• Meet or exceed branch goals in sales, service, and operations.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies.
