Job summary

Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., seeks a branch team member to support multiple banking centers in the Region Banking Centers. You will respond to customers’ needs, conduct teller transactions, and identify opportunities to offer financial products while maintaining compliance and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of products and services and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Evaluates clients' needs and offers appropriate financial products and services.
• Performs routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cash, loan payments).
• Aims to achieve/exceed both individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
• Maintains compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies.
• Builds strong relationships with banking center teams and business lines.
