Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nutrition and dietary services across assigned facilities.

• Collaborate with facility administrators, food service managers, and clinical teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Train and mentor facility-level dietitians and dietary staff.
• Assist in developing and updating policies, menus, and nutrition education materials.
• Evaluate patient nutrition needs and provide consultation as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives.

This role involves regular travel to various sites to provide oversight, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support nutrition and dietary services across assigned facilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and Department of Health requirements

• Conduct regular audits of food service operations and clinical nutrition practices

• Collaborate with facility administrators, food service managers, and clinical teams to develop and maintain high standards of care

• Train and mentor facility-level dietitians and dietary staff
