Walmart is seeking a TopGun Refrigeration Specialist to join the Facility Services HVACR team in Huntsville, AL. This on-site role supports troubleshooting, performance evaluation, and training of technicians to ensure reliable supermarket refrigeration systems.

The position requires extensive field experience, leadership skills, and the ability to travel regularly to support stores and remodels. EPA certifications and a strong safety focus are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, or related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Refrigeration SME support to facility service technicians and managers.
• Rapid escalation, troubleshooting and root cause identification for complex issues.
• Proactive system evaluation and issue resolution support.
• New store/remodel project refrigeration functional performance testing.
• Training support for assessing refrigeration training needs and materials.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and regulatory compliance.
