Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two years of management experience.
• Two years of experience in medical front office services.

Responsibilities

• Call and schedule new referrals sent to PT Solutions.
• Maintain high level of customer service to welcome patients.
• Retrieve unassigned referrals and assign them to clinics, schedule patients.
• Create and upload intake forms for new patients.
• Register new patients in the EMR system.
• Add new patients to schedule.
• Update Leading Reach for new referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
