Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of management experience.
• Two years of experience in medical front office services.
• Experience with scheduling and referrals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc operational analytic report requests from senior management
• Create, manage, and evaluate data integrity; conduct regular audits and validations in concert with other departments/ teams.
• Call and schedule new referrals sent to PT Solutions
• Positive and high level of customer service to create memorable experiences for each patient
• Register new patients in EMR system; add new patients to schedule
• Update Leading Reach for all new referrals that are obtained
• Other duties as assigned
