Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in Wisconsin (Brown Deer) to act as the essential link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey.

You will verify insurance, obtain prior authorizations, coordinate physician referrals, and help optimize scheduling while delivering empathetic, accurate service. PT Solutions supports training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
