PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to serve as the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers. You will verify insurance, secure prior authorizations, coordinate referrals, and optimize schedules to keep the practice moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed following HIPAA.
• Verify insurance and benefits, manage authorizations.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Manage over-the-counter collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal teams.
