You will verify coverage, obtain authorizations, coordinate referrals, and help optimize schedules to improve access to care. The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant processes and strong patient communication in a growing, nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
