Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in patient access, scheduling operations, or outpatient healthcare operations (2+ years).
• Strong scheduling protocol knowledge and call center workflow understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, staffing, training, scheduling, and performance of scheduling staff within the district.
• Coach and develop district scheduling teams and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day scheduling operations and template management across clinics.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling accuracy, SLAs, and productivity standards.
• Provide training and onboarding for scheduling staff and drive workflow standardization.
