Student Transportation Of America is seeking a regional recruiting coordinator to support screening, scheduling, and candidate communications while helping location managers keep hiring on track. You will oversee regional hiring workflows, review applications in the ATS, and coordinate interviews with location management.

This full-time role requires travel between multiple locations, a 40-hour week, and occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Competenze

• 2+ years recruiting or onboarding experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on candidate experience.
• Good time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to quickly learn ATS and talent management systems.
• Ability to follow standard recruitment procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and travel 75%.

Mansioni

• Oversee regional hiring processes and recruitment workflows.
• Review candidate applications in the ATS.
• Use the ATS daily to screen applicants and track progress.
• Schedule interviews with location management and notify staff.
• Coordinate interview times with qualified candidates.
• Assist with interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Follow up with candidates to share application status.
• Engage candidates throughout onboarding.
• Communicate initial hiring requirements and screenings.
