DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Regional Reconditioning Operations Manager to lead multiple Reconditioning Centers, ensuring bottom-line performance, process discipline, and QA standards before vehicles move to retail locations. You will oversee staffing, training, and development, driving cost control and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent DriveTime Core Principles across locations.
• Manage staffing, operating expenses, efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee recruiting, screening and hiring for Reconditioning Centers.
• Schedule and lead onsite and virtual meetings and site visits.
• Use remote management to coach and develop center teams.
• Evaluate performance and provide timely feedback to managers.
