DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Director of Reconditioning Operations to lead the Reconditioning Center, driving bottom line results and quality standards across vehicle preparation and transfer to retail locations.

You will partner with Operations Managers, manage staffing and performance, and apply root-cause analysis to improve processes while training teams for sustainable success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to lead, manage and grow within the organization.
• Experience managing multi-level teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Reconditioning Center and meet financial goals.
• Oversee staffing, expenses, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Coach and develop onsite and remote teams, monitor performance with analytics.
