Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Operations Manager in Georgia to oversee all aspects of the center, ensure vehicle quality, and meet performance targets before cars move to retail stores.

You will lead a team, manage expenses, collaborate with regional management and buyers, and drive continuous improvement in workflow, training, and evaluations to support our nationwide inventory strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of managing at least 15 employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dealerships are supplied with a variety of high-quality vehicles to meet sales demand.
• Achieve bottom-line objectives through management of the Reconditioning Center team and expenses.
• Set supply chain goals with regional management and buyer teams.
• Recruit, screen, and hire Reconditioning Center staff to reduce turnover.
• Hold regular meetings with Reconditioning Center staff.
• Ensure Team Leads train and develop their direct reports.
• Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with performance evaluations.
