DriveTime Family of Brands seeks an experienced Reconditioning Center Operations Manager to oversee the center's operations, staffing, costs, and quality assurance to ensure vehicles meet our standards before moving to retail stores.

You will lead hiring, manage performance, and collaborate with regional teams to align supply with dealership demand, while maintaining DriveTime's warranty and quality commitments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing a team of 15+ employees.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple corporate groups to achieve goals.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reconditioning Center operations and staffing.
• Meet bottom line objectives through cost and productivity management.
• Coordinate with regional management and buyer teams to set supply goals.
• Lead recruitment, screening and hiring of Reconditioning Center staff.
• Hold regular team meetings and ensure training of team leads.
• Monitor performance and provide timely feedback and evaluations.
