Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the center, ensuring vehicles meet our standards before they go to retail stores. You will manage staff, control expenses, and partner with regional teams to meet supply goals.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, drive performance, and maintain quality assurance to support a high-velocity used-vehicle operation. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4+ years managing a team of 15+ employees.
• Experience coordinating with regional management and buyer teams.
• Strong English communication and safety-sensitive environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dealerships are supplied with high-quality vehicles meeting sales demand.
• Achieve bottom-line management objectives through efficient Reconditioning Center operations.
• Recruit, screen, and hire Reconditioning Center staff; lead regular team meetings.
• Train and develop Team Leads and direct reports; provide timely performance feedback.
• Collaborate with management to set supply chain goals and monitor performance.
