Job summary

Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking a seasoned operations leader to head our centralized reconditioning center serving five Phoenix-area dealerships. You’ll own the process from arrival through front-line readiness for more than 11,000 vehicles annually, driving speed, quality, cost control and capacity growth for 2027.

You will lead a ~49-person team including technicians, detailers, drivers and photographers, coordinate with multiple brands, and use Rapid Recon to monitor cycle times, costs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive experience in service or reconditioning.
• Proven leadership managing people and teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical repair, inspection, PDI, detailing and lot prep.
• Experience with Rapid Recon; CDK and vAuto systems preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytics, and problem-solving; valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete reconditioning process from arrival to front-line readiness.
• Lead, schedule and develop ~49 employees across technicians and staff.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple OEM brands.
• Work with GMs, Used Car teams and auction/purchasing to reduce time to market.
• Use Rapid Recon to track status, cycle time, costs and productivity.
