Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the Reconditioning Center, including bottom line management, workflow, performance management, and quality assurance, ensuring vehicles meet standards before retail sale.

You will lead a team, manage expenses, and collaborate with regional management to meet supply goals, recruit and develop staff, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing a minimum of 15 employees or more.
• Ability to manage and work with all levels of employees and customers.
• Strong communication, decisiveness, and leadership in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Reconditioning Center including bottom line, workflow, and quality assurance.
• Ensure vehicles meet standards and are ready for retail sale with 3 year/36,000 mile warranty.
• Lead recruiting, screening, and hiring for the Reconditioning Center team.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
