Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across our 3PL network. The role partners with clients and site leaders to embed Lean principles, optimize workflows, and elevate performance in warehousing and logistics.

You will drive optimization initiatives, support launches, and standardize KPIs while mentoring leaders in Lean Six Sigma and structured problem solving. This remote role requires travel to NA sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing, fulfillment, DC ops, supply chain or 3PL.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen facilitation skills.
• Experience owning operations launch support and customer initiatives.
• Ability to link improvements to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization via Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Support new 3PL launches, facility startups, and scale-ups across NA.
• Standardize KPIs and leadership standard work aligned with goals.
• Mentor site leaders and teams in Lean Six Sigma and problem solving.
