Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control for PV EPC projects. This remote role travels regularly to project sites in the Southwest region to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct First Article Inspections.

You will interact with clients, suppliers, and regulators while ensuring adherence to SOLV standards. You will develop quality plans, maintain compliant systems, and drive continuous improvement across projects, with strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits of ongoing and completed projects.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials, components, systems and processes.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, MOps and guides.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers and clients to address quality issues.
• Document findings and report quarterly to management and clients.
• Become proficient in SOLV Sunscreen software to document quality matters across projects.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, procedures and vendor performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (5-Why or 8D) when needed to identify issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
