Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across our regional 3PL warehouse and fulfillment network and to help launch new operations. You will work with a dedicated leadership team reporting to the North America Operations Director to build a culture of continuous improvement and client partnership.

The role emphasizes regional quality leadership, cross-functional collaboration, compliance, and data-driven process transformation across multi-site facilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics.
• 2+ years in a multi-site or regional 3PL or distribution role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional QMS across distribution/fulfillment centers with audits and 5S reviews.
• Collaborate with clients during onboarding and business reviews to align improvements.
• Lead RCCA investigations and CAPA while monitoring KPIs.
