SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites in the Southwest, plus client and regulator engagements.

You will implement quality plans, conduct audits, and mentor field teams to uphold SOLV Energy standards. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in solar QA/QC, a relevant engineering degree, and strong knowledge of electrical safety and installation procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30, Journeyman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and standards.
• Experience with electrical construction and safety practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Proficient in QA software, audits, and documentation control.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement quality plans aligning with SOLV Energy QMS, SOPs and contracts.
• Establish and maintain quality systems; ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Monitor quality through inspections, audits, and testing of materials and processes.
• Train project teams on QA practices, SOPs, SWIs, and reference guides.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare regular management/clients reports.
• Use Sunscreen to train teams and document quality matters across projects.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform root cause analyses (5-Why / 8D) and implement corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements to raise overall project quality and efficiency.
