The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Regional Quality Manager for our New England teams. This role leads quality operations within one or more business groups, driving continuous improvement and risk management through the QMS to improve profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in AEC or related field.
• 15+ years in AEC with 10+ years QA/QC leadership.
• Construction Industry Certification in Organizational Management, Auditing, and/or Training (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within area/region served.
• Excellent public speaking and training abilities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with clients, Business Group Operations Managers, service providers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless application of quality programming for the region or BGLs.
• Establish, monitors and reports on KPIs for business groups and project teams to ensure continuous improvement; analyze trends and share lessons learned.
• Promote the importance of Quality in alignment with corporate strategy; support project implementation plans and training.
• Provide advanced leadership to drive staff development; mentor QC Managers and support recruitment and staffing.
• Assist BGLs and their Program, Area and Operations Managers in establishing quality staff requirements and developing qualified personnel.
• Routinely audits project and area quality programs for continuous improvement; provide feedback on major QIRs and relationships.
• Assist Division Director in QMS updating and auditing; maintain standardized quality processes and SOPs.
• Contribute to cross-division Quality initiatives and company-wide improvements; engage in improvement groups.
• Responsible for risk management strategy to improve profitability via process management and mitigation.
• Lead mega project start-up activities including PMP documents, organizational setup and partnering.
• Maintain relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, design partners to support partnering and issue resolution.
