Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western in Winthrop, MA is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to drive the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with project specifications, and oversee the quality program across multiple projects.

You will mentor staff, coordinate inspections, manage QA/QC activities, track KPIs, and support risk management to deliver safe, high-quality, and profitable project execution for Walsh.

Qualifications

• AEC Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Certifications in QA/QC preferred (USACE/NAVFAC/NRC).
• Minimum 10 years in AEC with QA/QC leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion quality for projects, ensuring adherence to QA/QC requirements.
• Coach staff in quality procedures and project-specific standards.
• Lead quality work-planning, inspections, and documentation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and project QIRs for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate audits and risk mitigation with operations and clients.
