The Walsh Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Construction Regional Quality Manager to lead quality operations across multiple projects. You will drive the QMS, develop continuous improvement plans, and partner with project teams to protect profitability and safety.

This role requires 15+ years in AEC with QA/QC leadership, excellent communication, and mentoring skills. Travel within the region is expected to cover the greater Phoenix area and surrounding markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in AEC or related field.
• 15+ years in AEC with 10+ years QA/QC leadership.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Mansioni

• Coordinates quality programming across region or business groups.
• Establishes and reports KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Mentors QC staff and leads staff development.
• Drives risk management to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Audits quality programs and supports QMS updates.
• Partners with owners, subcontractors and design teams on quality.
