Job summary

The Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Construction Regional Quality Manager for projects in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. You will lead quality operations, drive continuous improvement, and implement the QMS to enhance profitability across regions.

Responsibilities include KPI development, risk management, staff mentorship, and collaboration with clients and project teams. Travel within the region is expected as part of overseeing quality programs across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AEC or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years in AEC with 10+ years QA/QC leadership.
• Travel required within area or region served.
• Professional registration in an AEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and project leaders to apply quality programs.
• Establish and report KPIs for regions and teams.
• Promote quality across the company aligned with strategy.
• Mentor QC Managers and support talent development.
• Assist in staffing, training, and risk management.
• Audit quality programs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support QMS updates and standardized processes.
• Lead industry initiatives and cross-division quality efforts.
• Manage mega project start-ups and partnering efforts.
• Maintain relationships with owners and stakeholders.
