Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, plus field training for site teams.

You will develop quality plans, monitor inspections, and drive continuous improvement. A background in solar/renewable energy QA, audits, and CAPA management is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management for solar/renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and compliance requirements.
• Experience with audits, inspections and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems for compliance with industry standards and customers’ expectations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections, audits, and adherence to AHJ and installation instructions.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Provide training onQuality SOPs and reference guides to project teams and stakeholders.
• Document findings and report regular updates to management and clients.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters across projects.
• Conduct formal audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods and drive CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards and regulations across projects.
