Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Global Workforce Screening team is seeking a Regional Quality Associate to conduct quality reviews and ensure adherence to operating procedures within the screening process for hires and engagements.

You will analyze quality results, identify root causes, and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience required.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards.
• Certification in quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Ability to implement quality control to ensure processes meet established standards.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Understand screening workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in quality management for screening function; adhere to quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct analysis of complex cases and identify next steps; decision maker for eligibility of hire/engagement.
• Manage case queue in accordance with SLA processing time and quality control.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to recommend enhancements and best practices.
• Stay abreast of complex processes internally and with third parties.
• Document and report findings and recommend follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and results.
• Mentor production staff on quality control procedures.
