Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks a seasoned Supplier Assurance Operations Leader to manage a regional onboarding assessments hub within Global Supplier Services. You will oversee a high-performing team delivering 1,700+ assessments annually, ensuring cybersecurity and technology controls are evaluated per established risk frameworks.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, regulators, and audit teams, driving timely, high-quality onboarding results across regions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in cybersecurity or technology controls.
8+ years in IT risk management and third-party risk management with remediation experience.
Deep knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding assessments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Build relationships with business leaders and align initiatives for impactful outcomes.
Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to meet objectives.
Identify opportunities for innovation and integrate into the control framework.
